CAM-X Award

What is the CAM-X Award of Excellence?

The CAM-X Award of Excellence is presented annually by the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X), the industry's Trade Association for providers of call centre services, including telephone answering and message delivery. Founded in 1964, CAM-X began as a National Trade Association representing live answering services and now encompasses companies across Canada offering specialized and enhanced operator based services.

Independent judges are contracted by CAM-X to evaluate messages taken throughout Canada over a six-month period. The criteria for scoring includes courtesy, response time, accuracy, and overall service to their clients. If the company scores 80% or better in ALL categories, they are presented with the coveted Award of Excellence.

In 2008, all four of our offices were honoured. Our Edmonton office earned the Diamond Plus Award for eleven consecutive years. Our Calgary office earned the Pearl Award for six consecutive years and placed in the top ten. Our Red Deer office earned the Pearl Award for six consecutive years and placed in the top ten. Our Grande Prairie office earned the Sapphire Award for nine consecutive years and also achieved the top score overall!
